I got the steak frites and left a lot to be desired. The steak had little flavor and was too salty, the saled tasted like salt... and the fries where nothing special. The atmosphere on the other hand was great and I could picture it being full during a gamenight and loving it. This is the only reason I am giving it a 2 star instead of a 1 star. Read more
Stopped in for a quick bite to eat, my server Taylor was super helpful in helping me decide what to pick from the menu, and had... some great suggestions. Overall disappointing - the food was bland, mediocre at best. Worst of all was the speed, everything was super rushed and it's... not like they were busy. She had only just brought us our first drinks when the appies arrived - the calamari looked like it hadjust been thrown into the bowl to serve. Then before we even finished the calamari our main course arrived. When I suggested wehadn't even finished our appie yet, the server just looked at me, there was no way she wasn't going to put down our plates. Wewere on a particularly small table so she had to take off all the appie plates to put our main course down. None of us finishedour meals and don't even think about sitting to enjoy your drink when the server offered us the bill for the 2nd time, that wasour cue to leave. Won't be going back ???? Read more
Was I at a car dealership in the ?80s? I was meeting a former colleague for a drink. I, female, got there earlier and sat at a... table in the bar area while waiting for him to arrive. I was hoping to get a drink while I waited, but couldn?t get a server?sattention. I would have assumed they were just busy, had a server not finally arrived within ten seconds of his arrival. Ourserver spoke to him, not me, the ENTIRE time. Oh wait, sorry, she did ask if I wanted ice once, while not looking at me. Thatwas it. ?Would you like another drink?? Directed at him. ?Would you like to order food?? Directed at him. ?Is it okay if wesettle up?? Directed at him. As a professional female in 2022, I couldn?t believe what was happening. Nice atmosphere, good food, but god fobid you use a voucher from the hotel. The instant change in attitude from the server was... incredible. From smiles to salty REAL fast. Tipped her as if we paid full price but I regret doing so. Read more
Had the Cajun Chicken Caesar Salad for lunch and it was perfect for a warm summer day. The Cajun Chicken was cooked and... presented perfectly with the salad which was good also. Went down well with their Amber Ale. Read more
Really great service here on Saturday night from Anastasia! Food was good, it's what you'd expect from a pub. Drinks were good... too, the margaritas went down really fast and nicely. The establishment itself is visually appealing and definitely designed tomake a good sports bar. I'd go back here again. Read more
Mike the bartender was incredible! By far the best experience I?ve had at shark club. He was personable, fun and extremely... attentive! He even entertained our curiosity with the absurdly large Moscow mule cups. We basically had him conducted a scienceexperiment for us and he was accommodating to our ridiculous request.
