This is my go to coffee place before work, love the owners the staff. They are incredibly kind and friendly. They know my usual... drink. Which makes it so easy for me. Never have any issues with my drink. Seeing them makes my day better. I highly recommendyou to go in and support them. They are doing customer service right. Enjoy the coffee, but all the workers seems to barely speak english (not a problem) except they act like its your fualt. The... whole staff just feels off and condesending. Edit: recent visit i met the owner who goes the extra mile to make you feel welcomeand valued. Added a star just that. Read more
Every coffee I get here tastes great, and the staff are friendly. However, I got a croissant that was as hard as a rock and a... sad excuse for a croissant in my opinion; the croissant I got was inedible and I had already driven away before I couldpotentially ask for something not so rock-like. Do some quality control on your baked goods, honestly makes me think thiscroissant had been sitting around for days. Also the drive thru speaker is so quiet it's always very hard to hear. Read more
If I was the owner I would be upset. We went through the drive-thru around 4:45 on Sunday. Speaker said they were closed.... Thought that was weird when long weekend hours say they are open until 7. My wife went in to confirm that is what we heard.They said they were closing at 5 because it is the long weekend. She said great, as it's 10 minutes to 5. They started turningout the lights and said no they're closed. There was a vehicle behind us that was sent through as well, and we saw 3 morevehicles being sent away on our way out of the parking lot. Read more
Poor customer service. Went at 4:53pm on July 3rd with my two toddlers to get them hot chocolate. When I walked in, people were... still sitting enjoying their coffee and the barista told me they were closed. I looked at my watch and told her it was 4:53 andthat online they were advertised to close at 6pm. She said she was told by the owner to close at 5. I said 'ok that's fine butit's 4:53'. Was extremely disappointed at the service and have never been refused service prior to a store being closed. No onewas more disappointed than my kids though ???? Read more
This is by far the best Second Cup in Calgary! Moe, the owner, makes you feel so good to place an order. He makes this place a... warm and inviting experience. Place even has a drive-thru! Read more
Specialty Coffee like a Pumpkin Spice should be available for just a coffee, not to buy a Latte etc..many of these have way to... much sugar for people watching sugar intakes, also mugs for in house rather than paper would be nice .Many would come out for acoffee and some desert and visit with friends and family...You have a nice place!!
