I really like this location. The atmosphere is relaxed, and the staff have always been friendly and really made an effort to get... to know me. The coffee is consistent with Second Cup, so if you like it at another location, you?ll like it here. Read more
Lots of space left in the cup of the frozen yogurt. There is a hole in the middle. It's pricey for what you get. Toppings cost... extra. It cost us roughly $25 for three of these. We are pretty dissapointed. Read more
Great local place with decent coffee. Workers are nice and have started to recognize me which is nice. The banana bread is also... amazing! Minus a star because they put a plastic stirrer in every single cup which is such a waste. Would prefer they just leftit out, or redesigned the lids similar to Tim Hortons & McDonald's with a build in bendy cap. Read more
I generally like the service and quality from Second Cup, but today was not a good day for them. I placed my order via the app... and walked over to pick it up as I normally do. When my order came up I was informed that they were out of one of the items Iordered and paid for. The substitution they offered was not acceptable to me so they told me to come back Monday for said itemwith the "promise" they would leave a note for Mondays staff to inform them of this. We'll see. If they follow through on thisI'll add a star to the review for customer service. (Indeed when I walked in this morning I didn't even need to bring it up, theManager was on top of it straight away. Improved stars to reflect their committment ro "making it right") Lastly, the attachedphoto is what passes for a bagel with cream cheese. That looks more like "essence" of cream cheese. Shamefull.
