Today this middle eastern girl that served me my Caramel Corretto was not in the mood. After opening at 8:05am, I walked in and... asked about Sugar Cookies, and she replies..."that's from Starbucks!" Wow! If I walked in a Honda dealership, and asked about aCivic, then you tell me "that car is from Toyota..." you are untrained lady! At least talk to the customer nicely, not ignorethem and show a dissappointing frown. Not my kind of a morning barista! Hire smiling people please! It was our Celebration Day after the month of Ramadan. We went to this cafe for some refreshment. It was wonderful experience. I... asked associate about some sweet, she gave all Gluten Free option as she might know about nutritional restriction which i admirea lot and that is the reason for an extra star. Coffee latte was creamy and blended well. Cookie has appropriate sweetness withgood almond quantity and Chia seeds. Both were incredible combination. The ambiance was good. On a sunny day I would plan to siton their patio and my cup of coffee. Read more
These guys are great. I'm a serial skip order person and they package everything nicely and they read requests! I've asked for a... note to be added when sending a coffee to my mum who needed a pick me up. They go above and beyond and continue to providelovely and delicious items. In store is also nice. I come here regularly for a kids temp mocha because I can?t have it too hot and they gladly make it for me, which I truly truly... appreciate. Staff are always friendly and welcoming. The place is always kept clean. Not too much background noise compared toother coffee shops. Read more
