Very friendly staff, little expensive but very good quality of item
I only work at PLC on weekends & every time I decide to grab something from Second Cup the same kid serves me with such a... horrible attitude. He never greats me, never talks in a pleasant tone, basically throws my drink at me when he?s done making itlike I?m inconveniencing him. He looks and acts absolutely miserable to be there. If you hate working there so much, quit. Iwork with the public and I would be straight up fired for treating my patients the way he treats me as a customer. Visit on May 11: I wish that when I ordered my hazelnut cream blend coffee they would have advised me it wasn?t ready before... pouring a quarter cup of bottom of the pot coffee and then asking me if I wanted to top it off with something else or wait fiveminutes for a new pot to brew. Visit on May 13: once again the hazelnut brew was not ready so I asked if I could have a regularcoffee with a free hazelnut flavoured shot because they didn?t have the hazelnut pot ready but they charged me for my hazelnutshot????. Not impressed. **Update--2nd Cup customer service contacted me and offered me 1000 pts if I get a loyalty card ordownload the app ???????????. Why do I want another app for 2 free coffees..why not a gift card via email or mail where no appdownloading is required. Always friendly service, good coffee..... exactly what's needed when tied up at a hospital for any number of reasons
I've been in the hospital for 3 weeks, I've ordered the same large strawberry smoothie everyday. Best part of my day. Today I... had a terrible experience with the lady taking my order. I ordered a drink with soy milk (as I am allergic to dairy) The baristas confirmed ?soy? twice before making my drink. When they... handed it to me, the cup didn?t specify soy, so I asked ? and the employee looked at me and said ?you didn?t order soy.? ????She then asked me to get back in line, pay .26 cents for the added soy milk and reorder my drink. ????????
