First, the service stellar. My order took less than 10 minutes. Second, I love pizza, and I eat alot of it. The Breadsticks are... so good, the first ones I've had with sesame seeds on. Vegan options on the menu. The pesto chicken pizza was perfect. 10/10I'll be back. Read more

They have the best of the best pizza baked on a stone oven. Authenticity at it's finest! By far the most amazing handmade... crust pizza I had for the past years. They distinctively pick the ingredients from the scratch and the dough as well ( you cantell the difference from fresh to frozen ) And the owners and staff are amazing. Felt like you're in an Authentic Italian PizzaShop. Huge thumbs up for the owners and staff! Read more

We stopped in for a quick bite and Hassan made us Bread Sticks with basil sauce which was amazing. We also had the salt and... pepper riblets which were very juicy and had lots of flavor. This is our second visit and won't be out last. Hassan is veryfriendly and makes a mean margarita pizza too. Read more

It was the Ripe Time and the Ripe Place It was actually Family Day; our tenth annual Daddy/Daughter Day. Since my daughter... loves noodles, I took her to Ookini Ramen in Marda Loop for lunch. Oooops. Ookini was closed (don't worry, we'll try againanother time). We still needed lunch and we had lots of time before an afternoon of mani/pedi at Distilled Beauty Bar. Bracedagainst the cold, driving wind, we trudged along 33rd and suddenly, the Ripe Tomato hove into view. I gave my daughter thechoice of Village Ice Cream (wrong choice) or pizza at the Ripe Tomato (correct choice). The clean, bright and WARM interiorgreeted us like an old friend. I was really impressed with the atmosphere, the look, and the ambiance. I will remark on themusic because it was such a bizarre mix of songs from the 60s onward. Strange but comforting. For me. I can't even describe thecrazy stuff my daughter listens to so just assume she was rolling her eyes at that. I was surprised to see that they wereoffering a great little selection of local beers. I was tempted, as Daddy/Daughter Day is thirsty business, but we had a busyschedule for the rest of the day. A pop was good for both of us. The pizza chef was very friendly and made us comfortable as wewaited for our pies. I read the Pieology facts on the big chalkboard and watched our pizzas being made and cooked in thebeautiful pizza oven. In no time we had our lunch. I was pleased that my daughter has now graduated to toppings other than justcheese. Me, I went for the meats. Both were fantastic tasting. The crust was just the right amount of thinness to hold thetoppings in a warm embrace without filling the mouth with dough (d'oh!). The meats were salty and satisfying and of course weall agree that there's nothing critical to be said about cheese. At all. Ever. Right? After our very satisfying lunch (fromwhich there was nothing left to smuggle into the salon), we bundled up and headed back into the cold with full tummies and Read more
