Best Customer Service! (?and I?m a tough customer!) I find it hard to eat out because of my allergies. Most places see my list... and either offer to put some lettuce and carrots on a plate or send me away. I don?t get to eat out much as a result. Stuck inCalgary, I had to stop and I am so thrilled to have found these amazing people! The staff here were so earnest in their desireto help me that their chef, who was off duty and happened to come by, went into the kitchen and personally prepared my meal.Thank you. Thank you very much for your hospitality. We had dinner with the whole family, it was our first good experience after Ukraine.... It was our first time trying Canadian food. Loved the hospitable staff, the serving, the taste of the food. Everything was hotand without mistakes. I've yet to have a bad meal at any Ricky's. Today I tried the fettuccine with chorizo and it was delish!!

I?m hoping it was just a bad experience and not the normal course of operations here. The food was slow to come out and missing... items that we confirmed were on the menu. Based on the portion and quality of the items were ordered I think it is over priced.Everything else was okay at best. Overall will likely never set foot in this location again, and will certainly do my utmost tonever enter another Rickis if there are other options. Very disappointed. Read more
