Just had the best chicken tenders I have ever had. The food was fire ???? Definitely recommend.

We've tried this location twice now and won't be back. The first time was slow but the waitress was new so we gave it another... go. The second time was worse. It took them over 30 minutes to take our order then another 45 minutes to prepare it despite therestaurant not being busy and us purposely ordering simple things to try to make it easy. (Sandwiches and burgers). The kidsmeals were supposed to come with dessert but we ended up leaving as it was another 40 minutes before the waitress came back. The food was ok, but had very inattentive service. Super friendly but spent the whole time elsewhere in the restaurant eithertalking to people on the other side or completely out of view so we couldn't even flag her down. Probably won't be back. There are 4 Ricky?s locations within 10 minutes of our home, we rotate to different ones for breakfast everyday. This morning we... went to this location, ordered the Yukon big bite as we do every day. It came out with only half of a Bavarian sausage. Iasked the first server for the other half, she said just a minute and never came back. Second server argued with me that is howit?s supposed to be. I told her that we order this everyday and the other 3 locations give us a whole sausage not half. Shesaid for an additional charge she could bring me the other half. From the moment we walked in, it was smiles and courtesy all the way. We felt like royalty. From the hostess to our server, who... stopped by frequently to make sure everything was going well to actually seeing we needed something before we needed to ask. Itwas a breath of fresh air to be served with such attention to detail. The food was hot and delicious. My Mom suffers withDementia and needed to bring in her stuffed animals for comfort and everyone treated her and us as though it was nothing out ofthe ordinary. We love going out for brunch and have not tried Ricky's in many years. So glad we did. The only suggestion I wouldmake is that with fresh fruit a plenty during these hot summer months the, fresh strawberries would have been the icing on thecake or the brioche French toast. We have not been to this location in a while the service is very slow the place was very very hot. We told a server it was hot... her reaction was really. Like she was shocked we told her it was to hot and she was trying to force desert on us and she was noteven our server. The food was okay but the hash browns did not come with what was described in the menu. The eggs did not eventaste like real eggs at all. My friend and I went for lunch today. He had the burger special with Caesar salad and I had the eggs Benedict with avocado and... tomato. Food was absolutely fantastic. Service was excellent. I ordered coffee and the mugs could have been bigger - $3.49 for asmall cup of coffee - I did not notice beverages on the menu - had I known the price I would have ordered a beer ????
