It was a good visit and meal there. Erin was a very server but how can you giys charge $12 for a waffle. Thats just ridiculous

The food was great and the blonde girl was extremely nice but we ordered a specialty coffee, they gave us a SALT rim. we asked... nicely to have it remade after taking a sip. we laughed and they brought us a new one. the table next to us even said ?thatshould be free?. they brought us the bill and when we asked to have it taken off (even though they brought us a remade one) themanager argued with us to the point i had to tell HER to stop. ive been a server for years as well and when you mess up a drinklike that, its not uncommon to give a new one for free. as we were walking out they were very loudly talking about us too.horribly rude and don?t recommend this place to anyone. Had breakfast for lunch today at Ricky's Sunridge location. Arrived shortly after 1, informed my server Krista that I was in a... bit of a rush to eat and get out to a meeting. She, took the order immediately, confirmed it before she left the table anddelivered it a few moments later. The order was perfect, the food was hot and her service was outstanding. If I could give no stars I would! Myself and my husband went here tonight for dinner. We always go to the Airdrie location which... we love and we were in the Sunridge area tonight so figured we would try this location. What a nightmare!!!! First of all therewas only about 3 tables that had people. We waited 15 mins to be offered a drink! Then we ordered , my husband ordered the Texasstar burger that comes with pull pork on the burger. I ordered fish and chips. It took almost 50 mins to get our food!!! As Isaid the place was not busy so no reason for the long wait... My husbands burger was totally wrong, the waitress who was blondewith glasses was totally lost nit knowing what to do at all. There table behind us had a couple with 4 kids and they said almostall there food was wrong too. My fries weren't fully cooked and I had to ask the waitress 3 times for tarter sauce for my fishwhich should of come on my plate in the first place.. Great breakfast. Waiter was attentive and kept coffee topped up. Great selection. Bonus that you can substitute pancakes with... some breakfasts @ no extra charge. Large portions, could not finish my omlette meal however my hubby ate all his. Read more

**UPDATE We made it for another schnitzel before the special is gone. Superb meal!! Photo added. The only photo I took was the... cute snow hare sitting by the entrance. But believe me the food was awesome. We went for American Thanksgiving because Ricky?shas always had a decent turkey dinner on the menu that even comes with cranberry sauce. Then we were so pleasantly surprised tosee a limited special until the end of December of pork or chicken schnitzel, purple cabbage, and Yukon mashed potatoes. Myfriend is German-Polish so both got the best lunch today! The food was outstanding. We plan to go back for the schnitzel specialagain before it?s gone. Happy Thanksgiving ????????????.
