Was not very busy yet but two servers walked by our table several times for 15 mins before I had to stop one and ask for drinks... for us. Bad experience, hostess barely acknowledged us, husband's full order was wrong, burger and side wrong, waitress said she'd bring... correct side and she never did. My 4 year old had a very long blonde hair in his spaghetti, they replaced the meal quickly. My 2year Olds chicken strips were pink in the middle. All around bad experience, I did not tip and I usually always tip wherever Igo. All around service and food was bad. Read more

I was a recent Ricky's customer on a extremely busy Sunday. Despite it all, I was very impressed with the staff and food. I... saw all the staff working hard to ensure the customers were happy. Being an ex-restaurant entrepreneur, I appreciated howyour team worked together to ensure excellent service. I ordered the Chicken Cordon Blue Eggs Benny Schnitzel and I highlyrecommend it. Staff took forever to notice we were standing at the door waiting to be seated, got us our first round of beverages pretty... quick, but then forgot about the refills for a good 15 minutes, and only brought one drink back. Our food order took forever toget to the table, mediocre food. and the only person there that was quick and got us everything was the bus boy. Read more

I very much enjoy coming here for either lunch or dinner! I only wish you were open later than 8pm. Will you be open Labor Day?... If so what are your hours? Why close half an hour earlier than normal, makes no sense! Please consider staying open later than8pm. It would be nice if you were open later than 8pm at least on the weekends! Read more

Honestly my family and I have been going here for years, and generally we?re pretty happy with the service, and the food is... consistently good, but tonight we truly had a terrible experience. Never have I felt so disrespected, and Unvalued as acustomer. First of all the restaurant was completely empty and the waitress sat us at a DIRTY table, like there were physicalcrumbs and water marks on the table, and when my mom, very politely asked if it was dirty, the waitress very begrudgedly sprayedit once and wiped just near the edge of the table, and there was literally still crumbs on the table. All we wanted wasdessert, and even though we were there half an hour before closing we felt very pressured by the waitress to order immediately,and got the distinct impression she wanted us to leave. The food was good but it came out sort of cold, which was confusing anddisappointing since we were the only people in the restaurant, and our waitress even tried to take my dads water before hefinished drinking it. All in all it was a bad experience, we all left feeling disgruntled, and disappointed, and we even leftten minutes before their closing time, so it?s not like we were or would have put them out by being there. I work in therestaurant industry, and I honestly feel like this quality of service is unacceptable. I would not eat here again if I saw thatsame waitress working. Read more
