Had a great night out last night for a friends birthday at Rendesvouz - Contemporary Cosmopolitan Cuisine in Seton. The room is... warm and comfortable, the food was very good, and our server Tait made the night! He was attentive, fun and funny, really had agood time with him. Read more

First time to this place. Was on a Saturday for a birthday party. Started off great. Service was good, manager was able to put... the hockey game on the TV closest to us. Accommodated some additional people above our original reservation starting at 7pm.Food was just okay, pad Thai seemed a bit bland and boring. Calamari was good. Table consensus was fairly underwhelmed withdinner. When it was time to clear up with our server I noticed a 10$ cover charge per person for the band. I found that verystrange that no one mentioned this at any point of the dinner. We had been at the restaurant with about 14 people since 7o’clock. Because we were there past 9 o’clock, we automatically get this surprise charge. I understand a cover charge if youonly come for the music. But after spending 250$ on an underwhelming meal and seeing an additional 10$ fee for “cover” itreally left a sour impression with the group. This restaurant was a gem! Extremely friendly and attentive staff great seating and bar/dining area. They even have a coloured... lighted dance floor and great live bands! The BEST Turkey sandwich for lunch with perfect shoestring fries and tasty oysters,pastas, fantastic ceasar salad and cocktails for dinner! AWESOME GOODNESS!!??
