Always busy busy! Lots of selection in all the store sections, can find pretty much anything I need. The parking lot is always... crazy, and it feels disorganized going through the tills. Otherwise great one-stop shop. Read more

We like shopping at this Superstore and it always provide good service although on our last few visits, some of the newer staffs... don't seem to be as helpful as the regulars. Not to complain but I am just pointing out that in other Superstores (eg:downtown), if we asked someone where something is located, they would drop whatever they are doing and walk you to the rightshelf. Granted, if there are many customers and they are busy, they won't be able to do that all the time, but I have visited atnon peak hours too. Anyways, other staff, who have been there for longer, tend to help better and it would be great if the newerones receive the same good training. Read more

The store missed a 25.00 gift item and charged me related recycling fees and deposit fee for total of 3.12 = 28.10 in total. I... first phoned PC Express but because the store had charged recycling and deposit fees PC Express said the store would have torefund me because they can?t verify the fees charged and it was over $25.00. The store refused to do the refund even though theymissed putting the item in my order. The first person (woman in Curbside Pickup) had a hard time understanding that yes I wascharged 3.12 for something I didn?t get and in fact didn?t order as it was the gift item for spending more than $250.00. That initself seems wrong as I didn?t authorize the store to charge me any fees on a gift (which happened to be Coke which I didn?twant). On top of fighting to get 3.12, once established that I was due a refund, I asked for an email in writing to confirm therefund. I was told that was not possible as they do not provide emails for such requests. Then she had Adrian in Parcel pickuptakeover the call even though he wasn?t a supervisor and was her co-worker, he refused to refund the 25.00 and told me I had tocall PC Express back again because he can?t do a refund and he couldn?t/wouldn?t make the call for me. This is despite metelling him PC Express said the store must deal with the issue. I was able to reach a lady at PC Express not only gave me myentitled voucher, they apologized for the inconvenience and time and treated me like a fellow human; I never got any form ofapology from the store staff. Adrian said he was trying to rectify it but in fact actually he did nothing but wanted to give theimpression he had done his job, not. I had to spend an hour getting the refund/voucher sorted out by doing all the legwork. Thestore/pick staff didn?t accept any responsibility for their error or do anything to make my experience better. What afrustrating experience and a waste of my time. This location has this sign up but does not follow it by any means. I come here regularly and I swear 25% of the time there is a... wrong price when you get to the till. Last week my husband had chicken that rang in for over $5000! A couple months ago I gotsome pjs that their big promo sign said were a certain price and when I got to the self check out the price was wrong. They toldme because I was on the self checkout, which is on another system than the manned tills it wasn?t update. So I asked to have thescanning code applied and they said that it doesn?t apply because if I was to go to a manned till it would be correct and it wasan error of the self checkout !!?! Tonight I was in and got some packaged meat that had a large promo sign up for $8.99 regprice $10.99 and it came up $10.99. They said sorry and corrected the price at the till, I asked about the scanning code andthey said it wasn?t applicable because there was a tag that did state $10.99 and this was just a promo so the scanning actdoesn?t apply!!? I don?t know why they even have these signs up, they pretended to take pride in something they don?t evenfollow. Ive stopped doing my big grocery shop here anymore and I have to take photos of any promo price to save myself the delayand remember what all the prices are! Watch your prices !! Read more

SCAM ALERT!!! Check your bills, every single time I've come here items have been charged more then they have been listed... for!!!!!!!!!! I've added pictures of listed prices and what was charged on the bill! When everything was corrected at thecustomer service after I asked how many people a day you scam like this (we are talking about 10% of the bill) lady said theyhave 2 million items and they can't be correct all the time. Well in that case if you can't handle correctly that amount ofitems best would be to shut down your store or downsize your corporate!. went to superstore to pick up about 10 items for dinner and they only had 4 tills open. Cekarly super short staffed. Waited 10... minutes in one line only to be told that the customer ahead of me was the last customer for that till because they had to go ontheir break. Proceeded to wait another 20 minutes in the next line over. The picture shows an example of one of the lineshappening at this time... This is the worst I've ever seen it here. I feel bad for the employees and all the people who waited30 + minutes just to start checkout... Read more

Honestly, this is one of the best Superstore in the south area. It's clean and we'll organized. I usually don't have a problem... finding what I want and the produce is always fresh especially if you shop in the early morning like I do. The meat is alsofairly good selection. Definitely recommend shopping here. Read more

Superstore is my local grocery store, this location is the closest to my home. Always great staff and plenty of food selection.... Unfortunately, in the evening time between 5-8 is the most busy, we ended up waiting almost 20 minutes for the cashier to ringus out. It took way too long and I wish they would have open more check out line. Anyway, I still recommend this Superstore forits convenient, but do not go in the evening if you can avoid it. Read more
