My favourite location, staff are always great. Love how they prepare their salads over other locations.
Bacon looked like it had gone bad, tasted and smelled awful and frankly dangerous to eat. Chips that came with this Uber order... were expired by 3 months. Don?t eat here for your own safety. I think I?m done with Quiznos. The staff just don?t seem to want to be there and in a customer service based industry that is... pretty vital. The older lady use to be polite but her give a care factor is gone. Time to retire! Asking for some extrapeppers is exhausting. The franchise sold themselves on the pepper bar. I swear it must come out of the staffs pay cheque. Staff did mention owner is cheap and won?t even turn up AC. So this problem with staff is probably from top down. My familywould frequent a couple times a month but no more. If a god damn pepper is so expensive you just lost out on minimum $50-100 amonth on sales. Will never go back again. Read more
1st time being back after 5 years (been out of country). Service was good, subs were made fresh, and a relatively good... selection. My wife liked her chicken sub on whole wheat but my Italian tasted very processed and the bread was, very strange,not how else to put it. We really liked Jersey Mike?s in Houston, nice chewy and fluffy bread. Also John Legacy (Calgary) hasa similar bread product. This just doesn?t do it for our preferred flavour profile. Read more
