Went for dinner to Meridian Central cafe at the casino. The steak sandwich was very tender and delicious. Very friendly staff... also. I'm satisfied and would recommend it to others. Good place for yummy meal. Thanks. Read more
Busy, but still had fun. Appreciated that the doormen were actually friendly and not standoffish like you find at some casinos.... Only thing is parking can be annoying on a busy Saturday sometimes (but that is to be expected anywhere really so not a dealbreaker for me!) Read more
My family has been coming to this Casino for about 10 plus years. We kept coming for decent food and a low price and good... service from the staff. Over that 10 year period I have watched this place get worse and worse with how they treat staff andguests. The pandemic seems to have empowered them beyond belief. I have had a few altercations with the staff in the past overpoor service but now, I?m not going back here. Gabby, a server there, has been one of the main reasons I kept returning. She isan absolute gem of a human, but not even Gabby can save you this time. We came in on Father?s Day weekend 2022, the Saturday, tohave breakfast in honour of my father who passed away this year. He loved going to the casino, talking with the staff andplaying some games after food from time to time. This was going to be a tradition, pop in to a place he loved to remember him.This place is off the list. I walked in the front door and was promptly stopped by an older man security guard. He tells me tocheck my backpack, I look at the various women around me carrying purses that are as big as my backpack and said ?No I haveexpensive equipment in here? he said to go put it in my car. I said ?again no due to the contents, I?m just here for breakfast?he refused to let us in. I called to speak to a manager and the lotto booth person who answered gave the phone to the securityguard I was just dealing with, not a manager. He then screams at me ?there is no manager, there is no manager, you getnothing?. I wait a bit and end up calling in to speak with the Games Manager on duty, this woman was equally as bad as thesecurity guard. ?We have had a policy for 40 years about backpacks. People could conceal things in backpacks!?? if that isn?tthe dumbest excuse for an outdated policy that discriminates against one type of bag without a basis for doing so, I don?t knowwhat is.
