Porch has a really good happy hour! Good choice of drinks, very good food and nice patio. It has a very relaxed vibe here and... servers were very nice. Had a choice to sit in the restaurant, patio or the swing area which had a open concept. The onlyproblem was they were pretty slow at serving us and food took a long time. I will definitely come back here on the weekend butif you're in a hurry for a quick bite I wouldn't recommend this place. Read more
Made reservations for Porch on a Saturday. Was greeted with a smile and seated right away. The atmosphere was really great, lots... of natural components tied together to make you feel like you were on a tropical vacation somewhere. Our server's name was Anna,she was amazing! She made recommendations on food and entertained us when we asked for her to get creative with our cocktails.She really made the experience on our date night more memorable. The food was so delicious and packed full of flavor. We had thecalamari to start (best calamari I have ever had), the beef braised short ribs with these amazing little deep fried jalapeños(could eat a plate full of just these), and the lobster gnocchi. Next time when we book, we will be sure to ask for areservation on the patio. Otherwise, this was a great evening and we highly recommend. Read more
Food is okay, interesting flavour combinations, but I feel like I can make it tastier at home. Drinks and service were also... okay. The decor of the place is beautiful. In the non summer months they crank up the heaters to an unbearable temp, so beaware. Cool place to visit, once or twice. But not a "go to" place. Read more
We went here for a birthday with a table of 7 and it was incredible. Service was amazing, the owner came over to make sure we... had a lovely dinner. The food was amazing! We ordered a lot of the menu to share and there wasn?t anything that wasn?tdelicious. Highly recommend coming here! Also the space is very pretty and does not feel like you?re in Calgary. Feels likeyou?re at a beautiful resort or restaurant in Spain. Will be back for sure! Read more
