Don't let the bad reviews fool you. This Popeyes is as every bit as good as any other Popeyes location. The deluxe chicken... sandwich I had was top-notch, as well as the chicken strips and fries. It lost a star because there was no blackened ranch,which is sacrilege at a Popeyes location. Buttermilk ranch just doesn't taste the same. We were able to place our order in a reasonable amount of time but that?s where it ends. There is oodles of staff but it takes... them a very long time to get you your food unless you are a skip the dishes driver then they bend over backwards getting theorder together. We waited quite awhile and watched a few groups that ordered after us get their food, and we finally saidsomething to this effect and boom out came our food. The chicken was alright but the macaroni and cheese was awful and the redbeans and rice was terribly salty and the rice was hard. Unfortunately we will not be back. Read more

I ordered through DoorDash, got two fish platters, came to about $36. The guy comes with our food and there?s a poorly written... note on the receipt letting me know they don?t sell fish anymore? they also apparently don?t have garlic mayo. They didn?t have98% of the items I had ordered. why wasn?t my order just cancelled?? They tried to compensate for the lack of fish, by providingus with.. wait for it.. two whopping pieces of chicken strips.. which also came spicy, and I didn?t realize until I had alreadyate one (I was starving) and I?m allergic to spicy foods. So now I get to spend tonight throwing up because this restaurant didnot communicate with me at all, or even remotely try to make up for not having any of the items I had ordered. How do twochicken strips make up for a $15 platter?? Why was I not given two chicken platters instead?? Better yet, why didn?t therestaurant reach out to me to let me know they didn?t have my items, as several other restaurants have before?? Friendly service and food was fresh. Happy to have a Popeyes in the deep SE Update- Have since revisited and not impressed with... the management. Staff seem to be overwhelmed and trying their best, but management appears to treat the employees poorly and hasnot delivered the training required. Will return in a couple months and hopefully they will have hired proper Management. Read more

Terrible service, they had one teenager manning the till with a line out the door. When we asked why we couldn?t use our app to... place an order for the deal he shrugged, and said he wouldn?t honour the deal. When I went back to add a coupon to our order,he said he couldn?t add that either. And to top it all off, my girlfriends sandwich was so over cooked that it was inedible. Read more

Great new place in Seton, never had a Popeyes before but had heard a lot about it so was excited to try it. The restaurant was... spotless and all the tables had fresh flowers which was lovely to see in a fast food place! ???? The chicken was super fresh,tender and the seasoning was so tasty. ????The biscuits were incredibly soft and buttery. The only thing was that the serverforgot to give me the honey mustard dip with my chicken but it was still super tasty regardless, and it?s still very new so I?llput that down to settling into the groove of things. Order food at 5:15 at 5:50 after serving tons of small orders prior to the family combo I order they call us up and say they are... out of spicy chicken another 20 min wait or just regular chicken, so we agreed to regular chicken yet to still have to wait like20 mins more to recieve the order anyways. And so when they called us up I asked if the spicy was ready now since I thought wewould not still have had to wait and watch them serve more customers that were after us. She said she had no idea about the backso we just took what we got. Disappointed in the fact it was a simple verbal sorry poor service when if they would have workedon our order at the time then they probably would not have served the chicken to the people who order after us. Also Mac andcheese very soft and limited taste, KD is better. Disappointed. First experience not better than kfc this go around. Read more
