Reasonable lunch, nothing special. It was very good when it opened but has gone downhill to mediocre at best. Matter of taste,... but I used to like the coleslaw until they changed the dressing. This location?s customer care actually deserve -5 stars but really couldn?t give that because there is no option for this. I... placed my order on Sunday at 2:43 pm and pick up time was 2:59 pm. I reached there at 3 pm and asked for my order they did notanswer actually they ignored me and 30 minutes later they told they did not receive any order, another 30 minutes later theytold that they do not have those items. Worst customer service. I walked in at 9:40pm, and the girl at cashier absolutely ignored me and wouldn?t take my order. I... insisted for her to take my order. Then she told me no dine in as they?re closing soon (they close at 10:30). They were alreadytelling dine-ins to leave at this time. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Horrible, slow service. We waited 15 minutes for cold food which they said they were making... fresh. They had no condiments or sauces. And if we would have seen the condition of the restaurant prior to ordering, wedefinitely would have left and went somewhere else. Read more

Horrible experience ordered 90 worth of food. Chicken in burgers wasn't cooked properly in the center. The small fries literally... only had a few fries each because they ran out of them i was waiting there if u don't have enough you make more. We ordered afamily pack of nuggets and it was supposed to come with 4 dips but we only received 2. Will not be returning to this location.Very disappointing since we did takeout for COVID-19 so we didn't see the items till we reached home. This location was swamped when we arrived. There was visible strain on the team, and a lot of yelling in BOH. A guest waiting... cautioned us that they had been there for 30 minutes, and had yet to receive their food. The decor was updated and passable,but I would not be willing to give this location another chance. Read more
