I wish I could put a 0 star. Service is extremely bad. I called 15 mins before I come to avoid waiting and my chicken was in the... box the moment I call. Then I arrived, all they short was small fries but they couldn?t tell me or even try to make it. I stoodthere for another 15 mins to watch employees to play around with each others, making more chicken and onion rings. After theyfinish packing other and just completely ignore me until I approached and ask. They didn?t apologize for what happened insteadblaming it on the person that took order. Not related to the food. The food was great. September 30 at 4:30 PM This is related to the staff. The supervisor/manager (... whoever had the blue shirt different from the rest) was criticizing and being straight up rude towards another employee becauseof shoes and how it?s been 10 days and they haven?t put the right shoes. I have specific idea of what the issue was, but thelack of class and professionalism from this supervisor towards the employee shows. If anyone has something to say towardsanother employee, take it to the back or talk about it another time, not when the store is packed, embarrassing them in front ofcolleagues and clients. It?s called BULLYING. Another one was the front employee taking orders. She was busy with a client andI came in behind the line. When It comes to my turn she asks ? How can I help?. I said ? I am just waiting for my online ordernumber ##? super chill I was actually super chill. She straight up said with ATTITUDE ? When you come in the store you have totell me your order or We don?t know when we can start your order?. But with lots of attitude. I told her twice ? how could Ihave told her if she was helping someone else? ? So petty but she said ? well for future reference ? and rolled her eyes, handedme my order. Terrible experience at this location, would not recommend going to this store. Did not think of writing a review but after... reading the other reviews, it seems like there was one common problem with this location and that is management specifically. Iam very disappointed and disgusted on how I was treated there. Right from the jump, my friend and I were treated poorly by staffwhen ordering but we brushed it off. My friend went up to the counter to let them know that they got his order wrong. Themanager rudely told him that they called for order number 174, which was my friend?s number. He showed the receipt and as he wasshowing it, the manager gripped it from him and told him to grab the order that they?d given him. It was very unprofessional forthe manager to speak the way she did towards my friend, so I told her that no one was forcing her to work there so she didn?thave to. She then started yelling at us, accused us of harassing her, and demanded for us to leave. She also threatened to callthe cops on us. We refused to leave the place because we had paid for our food and had already sat down to eat. So she camearound the counter and snatched my food from my hand as I was about to start eating and proceeded to throw all of my order onthe floor. She tried to grab my friend?s food as well so she could do the same thing and throw it all over the floor, but myfriend held onto his food. I ended getting angry and started swearing, because who wouldn?t? I paid for my food and the managerwas super disrespectful. I called the cops, but the manager of the place was not cooperating. I wasn?t even offered a refund orreplacement of my food! I complained to the Popeyes customer support and got an email back from this store itself. The responsewas also very unprofessional and they didn?t even apologize. Terrible customer service from employees and even management. I won?t be frequenting this location again. I was having trouble... redeeming a mobile offer and even showed the cashier, just told me to pay the higher price. They don?t care about customers,your business, time and take no fault in anything. They have no customer service. Here is part of the actual response ? as youmention we helped you two times to redeem mobile order in the front counter and I am sure last time when we helped you weexplained to you about this but you still create the same issue again? I created the issue? It?s your app! After reinstallingthe app, trying online ordering then having to delete and creating a whole new account it finally worked. Then you wait in storefor over 15 minutes to get your food. I easily spent over 30 minutes in the store to order and get my food. I got home and thechicken was soggy at the bottom and the drumstick size was so small, more like the size of a chicken wing drumstick!! They wereout of macaroni which is why I came in with my daughter in the first place, with unfriendly service and bad quality food I?ll begoing elsewhere. Read more

I had a missing item on my Skip the dishes order so I called the location to discuss my options. The staff member was... unnecessarily rude and took no responsibility whatsoever. She lacked basic customer service training and hung up on me. When Icalled back and asked her why did she hung up on me, she said that they had actual customers at the location which are moreimportant than the ones over the phone and hung up again. I used to go there almost every weekend but after experiencing thisrude, unprofessional behavior, I am never setting foot there. Read more

Went around 7:00 pm on a Monday & it was packed. There are ~7 tables but it's very cramped; if you're at all hesitant about... covid, I recommend a mask & order takeout. Staff was efficient. The actual ordering of the food was about a 2* experience. Butthe food was perfect, portions are big (except the butterfly shrimp which was 9 pieces), & still *hot* when we got home, so fooditself was a 5* experience. The food had been fresh and perfect for awhile but suddenly they have stopped making their menu items fresh, like the past 2... times I have ordered their family meal with 2 sides the coleslaw has tasted pretty nasty almost like it was a day old. Just tobe sure that they only do this with the delivery food, I ordered on the phone for pickup and to my surprise the food was morefresh and tasted like it was just made rather than tasting like it was sitting in the restaurant for days.
