Wow!!! Probably the worst customer service I?ve come across. We ordered a pizza and said lightly well done. The pizza we... received was similar to burnt cardboard - all veggies roasted off. We phoned the store and told the girl our pizza was prettyterrible - we?d like a replacement. The girl was sighing and arguing with us that the pizza wasn?t burnt ?she seen it herself?.She literally told us to have a great day and hung-up the phone. I will be telling everyone about this terrible location andthis terrible pizza!!! We drove and brought the pizza back to them and dropped it off and both the manager and girl upfrontcontinued to argue it wasn?t burnt. People there including the manager were so rude. Ordered from here twice, both times the cheese lovers pizza had barely any cheese. This time around, they gave us 8 inches... instead of two 10 inch pizzas. Would recommend any other place but here tbh. Read more

On October 8 I ordered x 1 large and x 3 medium pizzas from this location, which I picked up. When I got home, I noted the large... pizza didn't look right, since it was suppose to be have extra cheese on it and the sauce was visible in patches. I reached outto Ms. Alysia whom I spoke to over the phone and sent her pics via email of the pizza in question and she replied stating themanager Mr. Maulik Patel will connect with me on the following day. No call was received, so I eventually rang in on October 21and had the displeasure of speaking to Mr. Maulik Patel (General Manager), who was rude, unruly and expressed derogatorycomments accepting he failed to connect with me and stating there was nothing wrong with the pizza, suggesting I was in thewrong and displayed a dismissive kindergarten like attitude. I have never come across such a disrespectful person before who hasa total disregard for the goodwill that Pizza Hut has established over many years and is in serious need of immediate training,which I hope he gets before more customers are lost. Seeing as I sent the same comment to the pizza hut survey, I'll pass it along to everyone. My wife and I ordered for pick up at... a specified time. I arrived about 10 min early and was told that it would be ready in 8-10 min. Sounded fair. I went back inabout 12 min later and had to stand around and wait for another 5 or 6 min before my order was brought to me. The pizza that Iordered only had cheese on about half of it, the rest had no cheese. The breadsticks were burnt and looked like they had a toughlife before getting cooked. It just looked weird. My chicken bites all looked different. Different colors, shapes, textures. Icommented to my wife that if you saw these together anywhere else you would think it was a taste test comparing severaldifferent flavors as opposed to a single order. it has been a while since I ordered from this pizza hut, and it has really gonedown hill since then. Wish I could leave zero stars. Their board said my pizza would take ten minutes. Fifteen minutes later it disappeared and they... started saying it would be ready ?in two minutes?.
