Ordered a gluten free pizza for my grandkids which was tasteless, had a burned crust, minimal amount of cheese and was overall... an absolute rip-off. Will not order from them again. Phoned to complain and was told a manager would get in touch. Neverhappened! Read more
Despite of many negative reviews, The staff never bothered to check and correct. When we ordered a veg pizza, we got pepperoni... pizza. When I complained pizza hut, Canada about it, they said "we will look into it" and NO response back. Same thing happenedfor my friend for the birthday party!! Read more

Do not bother ordering from this location. The kitchen staff lacks any product quality awareness and seems to think it is... perfectly acceptable to send off burnt pizzas to customers. Burnt pepperoni slices and inadequate cheese on the pizza, as wellas some flavorless "cheesy" breadsticks with a miniscule amount of cheese on them. If you have $30 to spend, do yourself a favorand order from Domino's or Papa John's - you'll receive something that is actually enjoyable to eat. Read more
I hate to be this person, but my expectations were not met. I walked in with a coupon, made my order, was told it would be... ready in roughly 10 minutes, but it took half an hour for one of the worst pizzas I've gotten from this brand. I don't hatePizza Hut, but my experience at this one in particular has crossed the brand off my list and I'll get my pizza fix elsewhere,full price without a coupon if need be, especially if it means I'll have a better pizza. This experience caused me my miss notone, but two busses home, and I ended up having to walk instead. Then when I arrived home I tried the pizza and it tasted undercooked or at least not cooked to the standard I've received before. I was so dissatisfied that after trying a piece from each ofthe two large pizzas I ordered and walked home, I decided to not end my night on the worst note after a tough day at work andjust go find some people who would be willing to take it. Thanks for extra steps I got to put in after missing my bus from sucha long wait time pizza hut on 17th, and I'm sure the grateful homeless group thanks you too for making such a bad pizza thatthis guy decided to give them both away to someone who would stomach them. From what I could tell while I waited for the pizza,it seemed my order was only half made and the other pizza was forgotten about, plus the distraction of these drivers going inand out of the store and the store it self seeming understaffed. Maybe it's just poorly managed. Maybe it should shut down andlet Domino's continue to dominate the Pizza Chain experience. I'd rather earn free pizza with a competent brand. Read more
New Management is awesome, Pizza's are so much better now. Store looks more inviting, after new renos they have done.
