I ordered from this Pizza Hut, my pizza smelled sour the cheese looked clumpy and it did not taste good. This was very... disappointing! And I spent 100 + on pizza at this Pizza Hut and haven?t got a call or refund from anyone yet I would like thisresolved. Read more
Cannot follow instructions for delivery. Ended up delivering it to the wrong house and was cold by the time we found it. Can... only imagine that they don't follow other instructions as well. Edit: as you can see below the owner is trying to save face byasking us to fill out a complaint forms so they can, get to the bottom of the issue. It has now been a week and nothing has beendone, no phone call, no email, ect... Get your pizza from somewhere else, at least it'll show up warm and at your doorstep. Read more

Ordered for delivery. Was fast and friendly delivery. Then I open up my food. And my salt and pepper wings were over cooked and... all the seasoning was on like two wings the rest were plan. Had three toppings and it looks there is no toppings. Not guys. Read more

I picked up pizza and they gave me the wrong one. i called in and explained that they gave the wrong one and they said they... would leave a note and to pick up the new one tomorow because I didn?t want to drive all the way back. Called in the next dayand there was no note and the worker accused me of making up a story and that I had no proof. I told him to look up my accountin the system to show the order and the fact that I had ordered from there probably 50 times. I?ve dealt with the below averageservice for a while now but this was disgusting and i will not give another dollar to this place.. plus, they tip all the greasefrom the pan onto the top of the pizza which is just nasty. Horrible service. My 19 year old nephew wanted to buy us dinner to say thank you. So when delivery showed up bill was 47 newphew... only had a 100 bill ask for 50 back. Delivery driver did not carry change even though select paying with cash. Said I'll comeback in a bit with your change. A hour and a half later I had to call Pizza Hut and ask where the driver was with his change.Manager on duty said I will call him. Called him and told me his phone was off and they will have to call me back. Called meback after ten min and said oh he will be there in 20 min. Delivery driver showed back up my nephew went out to meet him. Thedriver then started to persist more money for his tip and lecture him that he should have told Pizza Hut the size of bill he hadcause it was my nephew fault. That is when I stepped in and had enough. Never again will I call Pizza Hut again. The deliverydriver made my 19 year old newphew feel like he did something wrong. Absolutely the worst service ever. Everything out of their mouths was one excuse after the other in regards to all their... mistakes?not once did they offer and apology after messing our order up 3 times and it took 1 hr and 30 min to get 3 tiny pizzascorrect. This is not the first time we had issues but it will be the last as I will not be going back. Read more

I ordered the Pizza of the day, supreme. When I picked it up, the employee was rude. I was amazed that the place could stay in... business with someone like that at the counter. Also, the supreme pizza had very few toppings. Some pieces looked like a plaincheese pizza. DON?T GO THERE. Terrible experience. My friend and I ordered from this location. Requested extra pizza sauce. When we got the pizza and... started eating it it was as if we were eating dough with pepperoni, cheese and green peppers. There was definitely Maybe 5tablespoons of sauce on the entire pizza. I respectfully called the location and informed them of this. Whomever was on thephone said there were no notes on file for extra sauce- I explained there was notes.... he insisted that I was incorrect. Ithen stated that even if I did make a mistake there was almost no pizza sauce. He then stated he would make another pizza. When it arrived the delivery driver called and requested that we come to the apartment lobby as he was busy. When we got to thelobby he delivered the pizza and left. The pizza was externally heavy. We opened it up right away and it was DRENCHED in pizzasauce- quite the dick move. The pizza box was soaked right through. We ended up driving to the pizza location as we keptgetting hung up on. I saw the manager and expressed the issue. While I was explaining there was a young cook in the back whowas smirking. The manager ended up making excuses saying ,? its hard to gage how much sauce is extra?. I then told him thatit was ridiculous and there is about two jars of pizza sauce on here. He said that there was 3 spoons of sauce on there- heinsisted on making another one with only 2.5 spoons. We got the pizza and it was fine but we felt uncomfortable even eating itas the employee who originally made it clearly was vindictive. The new pizza definitely had more sauce but not 2.5 spoons as itwas a significant difference. I unfortunately will not order from here again. Read more
