I am shocked at the lack of service from pizzahut. Worst pizza I have received in a while, my son wouldn't even eat it, I... couldn't pick it up without the pieces falling apart, the sauce leaked through the dough in many spots, the dough must have beenold and yeast was dead so it got no rise. this is "stuffed" crust by the way! what a joke! I emailed and called customer serviceand nothing! The least I expect is a refund for this garbage. I'm not sure how they even scooped this into the box. Read more
Delivery was on point, nice driver who delivered my order. HOWEVER when my partner and I opened our two my boxes we were... disappointed because both pizzas had more crust than actual toppings. We decided to call the store and talk to them. The CSR manbelittled and dismissed our concern. I also work at Pizza Hut, I was trying to sympathize knowing that it could have been apossible mistake. All my partner and I were hoping for was at least an apology or a small credit. As someone who works at PizzaHut and follows stands I?m sorry to say that BOTH the pizzas we ordered would fail inspection? along with the poor service. We ordered the Triple Treat Box. It took over 55 minutes from the time of ordering until we got the worst Triple Treat Box we... have ever gotten. One of the pizzas was basically just some kind of bread crust that had no flavour at all. It also only hadtoppings on about 2 inches of the pizza and the rest was crust. The medium was also only about 10 inches instead of 12. Myside was supposed to be pepperoni and ham, but had only 3 pieces of ham on the whole side. My wife?s side of the pizza wassuppoosed to have mushrooms on it, but there was only one mushroom on the entire half of the pizza. The chicken wings were notthe kind we ordered. Last two times I've ordered online and my order was not ready when we requested. First time I think they gave our pizzas for... another order so had to wait for new ones and we were in rush that night. The worker said they would give us $20 credit to ouraccount but never showed up. Second time they didn't start order till I got there so had to wait 15 minutes. Worker said hecould not offer anything for their mistake. What's the point of ordering for a specific time when they never meet it. Poorservice and very disorganized. Read more
Hey what the heck? My personal pan was mostly crust, minimal toppings and the crust wasn?t the consistent crispy nice crust that... I normally get. The garlic bread was burnt. Pizza hut is my fav but this particular location is hit or miss and as of the last4 months I?d lean more to missing the mark and consistency. Think I?ll give a different location a try. Most disgusting pizza joint ever. Sold me uncooked pizza. Gave 22 wings that were the size of a handful of grapes. Wings were... severely dried out and over cooked. Customer service was atrocious. Could not ask simple questions with out getting snickeredat and staff took 15 mins trying to figured out the computer screen just to take my order for wings and still got it wrong 4times. Definitely needs more experienced staff. Also if McDonald's can give dipping sauce for free for nuggets why can't pizzahut give free dipping sauce for wings. I'll never come back. Read more

Very difficult to order a pizza with someone who does not speak English as a language. Transferred three times and then they... didn't get the address correct so cancelled the order after 1 hour. Read more
