The food was ok, but the delivery driver they have was terrible, he's yelling at me from the middle of the street telling me to... come get my order, the purpose of me ordering online is to have my food delivery to me not me coming out of my house walking outinto the street to get my food. Need to find people willing to do the job and not half a** it like this guy did Read more

The salt and pepper chicken wings I ordered were made with sugar instead of salt. When I called to let them know, I could only... reach the customer service line. The person I spoke with did not listen to me, talked over me, and did not help. I simply wantthe location on 15th Ave SW to know, so they can make sure future orders are corrected. Read more

The woman that took my order was just awful, I'm not going to go into detail but let's just say it literally took 20 mins to... take a 2 minute order. Then hangs up on me at the end. Not impressed with this service. Read more

I received my pizza in a tamper proof box but it was tore opened and tampered with, the driver seemed annoyed as I did not tip... online, I was going to do so in person however he quickly gave me my food and bolted out, also I requested no contact deliveryand he knocked and waited till I opened the door. I contacted customer service and explained the situation and all he apologizeand said to write pizza 73? I had to ask 4 times that nothing is going to happen to fix this and finally on the fourth time ofrepeating myself he just said, "Yes." I am pretty bothered by this as I do not know if the delivery driver did something to thefood as it was opened due to not seeing a tip on the bill he didn't give me as well. I do not have the receipt. I also explainedto the customer service representative that I am unsure and uncomfortable to eat this food. Again he repeated himself to writePizza 73, so here I am. I most likely will not order from them again. There are hundreds of other pizza joints in the downtownarea. FYI people, just really take a second and look at the tamper proof when your pizza arrives. It is a different world thesedays and people think they deserve tips automatically. Good services and bad service doesn't matter... Give me a tip! Read more

I have never experienced as horrendous customer service in my life as I did tonight with this Pizza 73 location. Do NOT order... from this location (1330 15 Avenue SW, Calgary). I ordered three pizzas - one of which was garlic cream sauce, spinach, andolives with real mozzarella cheese. Instead, the pizza came with non-dairy vegan cheese. My online order receipt confirms that Idid not ask for vegan cheese (who would put vegan cheese on a garlic cream dairy based sauce?). I called customer service(which is apparently a call center in Edmonton). They apologized and said a replacement would be rushed to me. When thereplacement came, I opened it with the driver still outside my place and again it was vegan cheese. The driver said he can'thelp me, I need to call customer service again. The customer service agent was really confused, but again said they would send areplacement and would make sure it came with real mozzarella. 20 minutes later, a supervisor called and asked me to clarifywhat the issue was. 30 minutes later, he called me back and said the local Pizza 73 owner is refusing to correct the order, doesnot believe me, and that I need to go to the store to prove that the replacement pizza is wrong! How am I supposed to do thatwhen I don't have a car? And, more importantly, why should I have to do that? The call center supervisor (Ramil) was quiteprofessional and his hands were tied. It isn't his fault at all - he said he spend 30 minutes with the local owner trying to gethim to send the right pizza - and I believe him. I asked for a full refund and was denied. Ramil offered a $15 credit, and thena $30 credit. When I pointed out that my order was nearly $50 and that everything I had ordered went cold waiting now 2.5 hoursfor them to fix this, I was told the best they can do is give me a credit and that I needed to email comments@pizza73.com for arefund (which I have now done). Why would I want a credit that I would have to use for another online or Read more

Terrible service, aweful food, long wait, don't bother coming in for carry out unless you want to have a bad time. We dropped in... for a quick bite, you can't eat what you ordered in the restaurant, so grab and go is the only option. We waited at the counterfor 10 minutes before we were even acknowledged or able to order. The cashier was incredibly rude, short with us, and could notanswer any questions about allergies due to a language barrier. We looked up allergy charts online, but she couldn't help usfind the website and started yelling at us to order food or leave. She charged us for dips that were supposed to be included, and advertised as such. Delivery people recklessly tore in and out of the doors, bumping into people waiting and then proceed toyell at the people they slammed into. This happened 5 Jo in the 45 minutes we were waiting. The pizza was slow, she said 15minutes, and we waited 45 minutes. She yelled at us to get our food, dropped the food on the counter and bolted back into thekitchen. Before we left I needed to seperate the food. The pizza was burnt on one side and barely cooked on the other. It wasnot cut properly so we needed to cut it ourselves so we needed cutlery. It took us yelling "excuse me" for a solid 5 minuteswhile employees stared blankly at us before we got anyone's attention enough to give us plates, cutlery (which apparently theyhave no knives) and napkins. While separating the food, the cashier came out and started yelling at us that we "could not eathere, get out!". I calmly explained we had to drive and I was making it easier for us to eat in the car. She kept saying, "youdon't eat here, go outside." I finished sorting the food and we left. This behaviour is unacceptable in any circumstances. Inaddition I had two children with me, which heightened the need for respectful interaction which was the opposite of whathappened. I will be contacting the company regarding this experience. Read more
