Very rude staff. The old tall guy in the front desk didn't even take my order and walked away and said "wait" and the old lady... asked "what do you want?" Kept ignoring me. The customer service is a joke. The older lady who runs the till is miserable and just being around her makes me negative
They gave us a lot of the wrong things and some things were missing on our order too. Pizza was good though
Rude staff. Experienced her rudeness as a customer twice before. I brushed it off. Today as a delivery driver, I refuse to take... her attitude during my pickup. She was so rude. Told her Im not gonna argue with you and walked towards door and said do not togive me shhh. And she started going off even more. She has an extremely bad attitude. Don't know if it's because I'm Indigenousbut I will never be this location's customer or pick up any orders from them as a driver. Be better. Treat people better. Read more
Order pizza from this location twice now and they got the pizza wrong again and it's cold. Asked for donair sause on one pizza... and creamy garlic on the other pizza but instead put normal pizza sauce also the crust is rock hard. Read more
Hard working young lady was always a friendly face. An older lady who is understandably anxious considering the neighborhood... with stress being compounded from the pandemic. The owner has a stern sensibility that is able to cut through those issuesstoically which I could see that rubbing someone the wrong way but that shouldn't matter. He is providing work locally anddelivering a consistent product at the end of the day. All in all, This is a good team of people who clearly have strongmorals. Read more
I've never received such bad customer service. That staff that works there is extremely rude, especially this Indian lady that... works there. She needs to fix her attitude toward customers or get fired as soon as possible because this happened many times. Iordered a donair pizza and made sure to get extra sauce and the pizza was super dry. My family couldn't even eat it so we calledcustomer service and I asked if we could get another pizza and the agent said the pizza would be ready 10-20 mins so we droveall the way there just for the Indian lady to tell me " your order is cancelled, please leave " those were her exact words. Ispoke with the agent again and he told me that they refused to give us another pizza. What kind of customer service is this? Ifelt very disrespected from the staff. I will never be making another single order from pizza 73. I don't not recommend thislocation to anyone. This store has ruined reputation because of that old lady on front always rude , I have ordered pizzas several times and took... delivery also from here , today again she was mad at everyone for having no root beer at her store , how it customers fault andas being restaurant owner she is supposed to inform customer from her side and she is being mad at delivery pickup guy for nothaving root beer at her store, blah blah blah , never ever going back to this store for food or neither will recommend to anyone.
