No nonsense come-in, order, pay, take out. Because of this I cannot rate the customer service. Interaction is very minimal.
As there was several bad reviews for this location, I felt I should hold off until I had ordered many times. We moved into... Chaparral almost a year ago and switched from another fav pizza place as this Pizza 73 was a minute walk from our house. We havenever had bad pizza from here and we?ve ordered at least 7 to 8 times. I have not received the best customer service from thetoll free line you place your order with but once you go into the location and grab your pizza, it?s great! It?s our new familyfav. I hope they stay consistent with their pizza because it?s great! We always get the Triple Threat! Good way to get somethingfor everyone. I order pizza here at least 4 times a week. It never disappoints each time. I do not lie when I eat here religiously.
I ordered a mega box last night for the family from this location. After finally getting it done online it did not add a tip to... the order. Upon getting the order the delivery driver tossed the pizza and the sides against the wall two can of pop had holesin them one bag of chips was popped open and the pizza was all smashed to one side of the box. I opened my door to the driverstanding on the sidewalk and he tossed a crumpled up recipt at me and yelled at me to leave a tip next time. All while I washolding his tip in cash in my hand. Well this driver did not get a tip and pizza 73 has decided to only give me a 45.00 creditto there store this does not even cover the cost of the 80.00 i am out as I had to order something else for the family as I wasgoing to trust that he did not do something to the actual food. Response to the owners comment i emaild the customer serviceline and all they said was here is a credit for 45.00 dollars and that they have closed the case. Pizzas are really good but they can let you wait on the counter for five minutes easily. They all know You're waiting but no one... takes the order. Very annoying. Read more
Got a good tip (coupon) from work today and it gives me 2 topings medium pizzas for free which is nice. And when I got home, a... slice was missing in my Hawaiian pizza, and the pepperoni pizza slices looked like pieces were missing on one part.
