Used to be great - both food and service, but not so much anymore. The crust to pizza ratio keeps getting worse.. half my pizza... was crust with nothing on it?! They seem to be cutting back on amount of toppings as well, even down to the crispy onions whichare very lightly sprinkled over top of the pizza. They came in strong in the beginning, but their game got weak. No longer worththe price, especially when management can?t be bothered to deal with customer satisfaction.. Read more
Was told 30 mins got there and had to wait for the two 12 inche pizzas and an order of wings for the price of $71 you?d think it... would be great. Was disappointed, pizzas didn?t have much flavour. Bread like crust and a lot of cheese and little toppings.Prob didn?t help that the pizza wasn?t hot so the cheese wasn?t nice and melted. Only live two blocks away for context. We ordered delivery tonight and our drinks were missing when it arrived. I quickly called the restaurant and the manager I spoke... to was very apologetic and kind. They sent someone here (we don't live that close!) immediately with not only the drinks weordered but a couple extra and a gift card. We really appreciate such great customer service and will absolutely be repeatcustomers. The pizza was delicious as well!! Read more

Decided to treat a friend to a pizza lunch so we ordered the Canadian and Starbelly burger pizza. You can tell they use a... high-end pizza oven because the pizza is cooked perfectly with a fluffy crust. When you bite into the pizza you can taste thefreshness in the toppings. Next time I'm definitely trying something more out of the box like Pickle my Fancy or NashvilleNorth. The customer service is OUTSTANDING I truly have not seen kindness and honesty like this in a restaurant in forever(unless its me giving it). The ladies all had a smile and were so friendly. Thank you Alex for making sure customers have thebest experience possible and making sure all is good, talk about feeling welcome and appreciated. I also highly recommendCalavera Cantina in the same building/restaurant its perfect to sit outside enjoying a couple margaritas and tacos or somefresh chips and guacamole. Read more
