Absolute garbage!!! First to clarify for when the "Manager/owner" responds and pulls the I don't have your name in the system... re: an order, this was ordered under my partner. Back to the review. Again, absolute garbage and disappointment. Order anextra large 3 topping pizza - pepperoni, mushroom, and meatball with extra cheese, regular crust, with bbq sauce and welldone. End result, look at the pics: - regular crust? This was thin crust and one of thinnest crust pizzas I have ever seen. -bbq sauce? Where? The pizza had either very little to no sauce. - pepperoni? Probably a few slices here and there only. -mushrooms? All black - extra cheese? If this is extra cheese at $2.25 then I have NO idea what regular cheese is. One of theworst pizzas we have ever had and this reminds me why we do NOT go to this specific location If I could give a zero starrating, I would have. Read more
Wanted the Epic Stuffed Crust pepperoni pizza, well done. Instead we received a large pepperoni barely cooked. Location also... very hard to find. Still trying to find a good pizza place in Calgary. Read more
I get pizza from here about once a week and shout out to this location. The team here is fantastic. Very fast and know what... they're doing. Pizza is always hot and delicious, Keep up the great work you guys! Read more
Sad to say I?m deleting my Papa Johns app?!! Been a customer for years. Great food. Unfortunately horrible customer service.... VERY RUDE !! and incompetent. Call you for delivery help,, then raise their voice at you and hang up? Then arrive and have toput the pizza back in the delivery bag?? No thanks Never again! I order from PJ's about once a month. Always consistent with their flavor and order accuracy. By far, the fastest delivery in... the city. Not sure how they do it, but this branch pumps out your order and delivers it within 20 minutes. Friendly on the phoneand nice delivery drivers. 3/5 Read more
RUDE STAFF. I love Papa Johns and this location is just minutes from my house but the last time I was there will be the last... time. The staff are very rude. 2 times the pineapple topping on my pizza was dumped in one spot! When I called to and asked formy pineapple to be spread properly, the lady was very rude and reminded me that they know their job and don't need to be told.Last week I walked into the store to pick up my order. I just stood there for over 3 minutes as the clerk was busy writingmessages and smiling into his phone. He was finally "alerted" to my presence by another one although he had seen me come in. Hegrudgingly came, asked me for my name and handed me the pizza, all the while looking at his phone. At a different time, the sameclerk has kept me standing in front of him for an unreasonably long time, waiting to make an order while he fidgeted with theregister - I knew he was b-s'ing. I run a business and work too hard to retain my customers. I am not paying for a servicewhere they think they are doing me a favour! There is another Papa Johns just minutes from this one. Good bye! I only order bbq chicken pizza, Delicious and yummy, tried wings , wow ???? oven baked wings, no oil fry . Wonderful. I didn't... try another pizzas just chicken only .. It didn't take much time to process only 15 to 20 minutes. I loved it . Read more
