Just ordered 2 gluten free pizzas we drove 20 mins to come pick them up to only turn around because they were in fact not gluten... free! Very lucky we did not eat these pizzas as we are both celiac! Only got a sorry and nothing else for compensation!! We gota call 5 mins later saying that they have free pizza for us so we turned around yet again and the manager said no?? Walked in to order pizza. Immediately noticed 2 staff girls at front eating pizza behind the cash register. Mouths were full,... food was visible, making jokes & eating at the same time! Seeing us didn't stop them eating & talking about their personallives. Another fellow came forward to take our order. As we stood there waiting for our order to be prepared we watched these2 dividuals consistently fix their hair by untieing their ponytails & combing through their hair with their fingers. Not onlythat, they had a bad habit of touching their face with their bare hands continuely. It was awful, I just hoped they didn't puttheir filthy hands on my pizza. Word to management: Please train your staff to behave professionally in front of customers. Ifyou have staff who need to eat, please show them the lunchroom or staff room in your facility! Read more

Ordered 2 pizzas, one pepperoni and one with pepperoni, onion, tomato on half and green pepper on the other half, when they... showed up they were half raw, I called the store and the person who answered told me he made it, and it was over cooked, I saidit wasn?t he continued to argue so I said I?d call his head office, he told me go ahead and hung up. I ordered pizza Thursday night. The pizza arrived with topping slid to one side on 2/3 pizzas. I called and complained. The... manager credited me 2 med pizzas. Sat I call and order as told. First the pizzas we want don't come in medium but only large,that's fine agree I could just pay the difference(I'm happy with that) we asked for one pizza sauce to be changed to Alfredo vsa red sauce. I triple checked before getting off the phone. Well it came with red sauce. And I do not have patience to deal withthem again. But atleast the toppings were on all the pizza this time. This store?s pizza is so bad that by the time we drove and got home with it, because they put WAY too much sauce and went WAY... Too cheap on cheese, the toppings flew around inside the box everywhere and created a huge mess. Not to mention the dough didnot puff up at all! Horrible! I had to threw some cheese and pepperoni from freezer and made my own. (Yeah I know it?s notlooking nice but better than theirs!!) THE Most disappointing and unprofessional papa johns store ever. Not sure why a major chain like papa johns doesn't have a deal on a single pizza. You have to buy 2 minimum and pay 35 dollars... to get a pizza or you have a small for $20. Really doesn't make sense especially with the rising costs of inflation Read more
