Overall pretty disappointing for their premium priced pizza. This location is hit or miss regarding food quality after a number... of pick up and delivery orders. Pictures are a good example of that. The cheese Alfredo pizza was dry and for what cheese wasput on was piled in middle leaving wide patch of crust. Veggie thin crust was over cooked while having uniform toppingcoverage. Tried to order from this location, using the app, as we have done numerous times, and apparently it?s closed. The app would not... let us order delivery from any other location in Calgary, so we ended up ordering through Skip the Dishes. We could not use anyof our points, or a promotion code so be be prepared to pay DOUBLE what you usually would. Read more

We order 3 toppings pepperoni, mushroom, bacon. Look how they made it you be the judge. Try to save some toppings????????

Update: I received a call from the store to give them another try on the house. So about 2 weeks later I ordered again. The... pizza was much better! Although sauce was still on the lacking side IMO, they got the correct toppings and plenty of them thistime. Kudos to the manager who understands customer service. Old Review: (Complete and utter disappointment. Paid for PapaJohn's quality pizza and got Pizza 73 quality instead. Low topping count, as scarce as water in the desert. 80% dough 15% cheese4% sauce and 1% toppings. On top of that our bacon, pineapple, extra cheese had pepperoni in it too, also scarce. I placed an order for pick up late in the evening. My husband ordered the toppings and I ran inside just to pay and pick them... up. Tried to be friendly to the guy - basic hello how is your night kind of small talk - and was completely ignored. He justwent and grabbed the two pizzas and gestured at me to pay. He asked me if they were mine when I acted hesitant and I said I hopeso lol he asked me what I ordered and I said I'm not sure just that it's two large pizzas and it should be under either my name- gave him my name- or my husband's name. He immediately became defensive and said he wasn't going to give me the pizza unless Icould tell him what they were. I said well it should be under one of the names I gave you and he looks at the boxes and insiststhat there's no name. I was like are you sure? He sort of throws the box at me and tells me to look. Sure enough it's my name.He got really quiet while I paid. And asked him if he was ok because he was being really rude. He then explodes at me and tellsme to pay and get out and not come back and that it was ok if he was rude because I was somehow rude first. EXTREMELY poorservice from the self proclaimed 'store manager'. Pizza was lacking on the toppings (mainly the meat) and dough was harder thanusual. Maybe avoid going at night or dealing with that particular individual (SAGAR) who doesn't seem to understand how pick uporders work or how to read very well. Read more
