Ordered 2 pizzas to go, they were made incorrectly, wrong sizes, missing items ordered. Extremely poor service. Very unimpressed

I don?t recommend you come here. The service here was awful. The cashier and the people working the back were gossiping. And not... to mention how long it took our order. It took over 40 minutes to get our food. Not only that but our food was cooked raw. Sorryfor being too harsh but I do not recommend going to this place. I can only recommend you eat elsewhere. It was lunch time and they didn't have anything prepared. They advertised. Buy 2 slices and a pop for 8 bucks. That was cool but... when the four of us ordered that, they only had enough for 3 people, in a busy location, during the start of lunch. When askedhow long it would take to prepare something it was a 30 min quoted time. When asked for a recipt for what we did buy, they wereonly able to provide a debit receipt. When asked for a till receipt we were told they couldn't do it and we would have to dealwith the debit receipt. Read more

We usually have great service and pizzas but these were a disappointment. Very dry, really question whether they even put cheese... on them and hardly any sauce. If this is their special I think they're cutting corners. Read more

We like Papa John's, but have had several repeated bad experiences with this location. Whenever there is an issue with an order,... they refuse to acept any fault. We have received pizzas with holes in the crust and missing items. Management says they cannotdo anything to help or passed the blame to delivery companies or the Papa John's website. They do not offer any help, orresolution to make it right. This review is after about 5 visits, hoping the experience will be better, but it has not improved.If you love Papa John's go to another location or choose a different restaurant who appreciates there customers! I am surprised to see such low Google reviews for this place, now keep in mind I have only been here once or twice, but in my... experience the service was quite decent, not the fastest but not bad. Now, with regards to the pizza itself I mean you know youare getting a fast food style pizza so people should not expect something like you would get at Il Centro or Lina's, or even theItalian center.
