Bland, tasteless food, warm bottled iced tea and the only GF option is fried rice (see the beginning of my comment regarding the... flavour profile). Staff were completely indifferent if we spent are money here or set it onfire on the patio tables in front.I've had mall food that was significantly better. Service is great, the food is ok. Not the best for "chinese food" but it'll do if you are just needing a quick bite to eat.... Fortune cookies are ok. Not many rice or noodle options (literally just 1 of each) but a TON of chicken options. They also closea little early and hours do not always match up with Google on some days so call ahead before driving to this location. Read more
This place really sucks bad. Was there on Tuesday. Had their three dish meal. Shrimp was like chewing on a leather glove. The... thin noodles were so salty. And the Chicken dish was like cooked rubber balls in batter. Brutal...will never go back. It justkept getting worse... Read more
I have eaten Chinese food in Calgary all over the place in 25+ years living here and I can honestly say, this is one of the most... delicious Chinese food, if not the most I have eaten. People leaving negative comments calling it the worst definitely have somevendetta against them. They cook fresh items for you, no questions ask even if there is still left overs in the wok. Some times,I ask them to cook fresh all of my items and they oblige without asking me why. Orange chicken, Honey sesame chicken, ShanghaiAngus steak, black pepper chicken, Kung pao chicken, Mushroom chicken all are our favorites. They all have different flavorprofiles, but definitely difficult to pick one over the other so I get all of them. Great customer service as well. I had a craving for ragoons and had order a large order for $13, I had received ragoons with barely even asmudge of cheese, it was dinner time they had no food ready to go and anything I asked for, for my order the cook had to ask the"chef" if it was okay to make. Went out of their way to provide great service. The fried rice was a tad dry, they dont seem to have a covering for it while... it's on the warmer. Aside from that, meats were flavorful and hot. Much better than you would receive at a food court. Read more
Good ol? standard Chinese food. The selection is great, wish there was a little more variety on the sides however. Service was... nice and the portions were not bad. When we went mid afternoon, it was quiet and also. Not a lot of fresh entrees ready. Theywere low on a few I wanted to try. That was disappointing. It wasn?t super warm/hot either. The Beijing Beef was crazy good. Went here for the first time recently and have just wanted to go back ever since. The lady at... the counter was very helpful, and cheery. She let me try samples of the entrees stabbed on a tooth pick. That really helped memake my order as after I sampled the Beijing Beef I knew I had to order here. When I walked in I wasn't sure I was going toorder anything. I was just checking this place out. Really surprisingly impressed with this place. Read more
