Worst experience ever from a Panago and not something I would expect ever. I ordered takeout and showed up few min after my pick... time and Asian lady working at the store was on the phone making a personal call my food wasn't ready and the entrie time I didn't receive a greeting or anything. She gave my pizza and I paid and the whole time nothing was said because she was busy onthe phone talking about personal stuff. I would avoid this Panago now and definitely drive to further one. Also the store wasquiet and no other orders so I'm guessing the phone call was the reason why my food wasn't ready. Read more

This evening I had an unfortunate experience with Panago Pizza (east village) using Uber Eats. It was a pickup order intended... for Southland location. Somehow, Southland location showed up for delivery but not for pickup orders on UberEats. I didn'trealize that location change until I placed the order. Apparently the restaurant accepted the order almost right away since Isaw the Cancel Button disappear right away. When I contacted the restaurant to cancel the order, it seems fine at first beforeanother person came to tell that the pizza is already in oven. The same person also said later that driver is already outalthough my order is a pickup order. Since that is not true, so I suspect the statement of "the pizza was already in oven" maynot be true ether. But I don't have proof. Because a round trip is more than one hour, I told the restaurant I would not gopick up the order. I ended up paying for everything I ordered (large pizza & Cinnamon sticks) without getting anything. I knowit is not all their fault. So, I gave two stars for the service I experienced, not for the food which I didn't get a chance totry, but had to pay anyway. Read more
I like the quality of the pizzas, it?s a convenient location for me and night staff is friendly. The only beef I have with this... place is When I went to pick up my order (no problems) but I noticed the employee making pizza, grabbing the toppings with herbare hands. In this time and age, shouldn?t they be wearing gloves? I brought it up to the girl at the front and she justsmiled. Owners, managers, please consider providing gloves for your employees. Food is good but I have mixed feelings about the day time staff at this location... I usually come in during the evening which... is fine. No complaints there. The staff and friendly and they are always on time with my order. 5/5 for the night time guys????????. However, Everytime I've come in during the day, the same older gal who is there has messed up my order. I went in onceto buy a gift card and she couldn't help me so I ended up not buying one at all, so she lost a sale right there. I went in for apick up a few weeks back and she had given me the incorrect pizza. Finally, I went in today for a pick up order I placed and shedidn't even make it. She just started swearing under her breath and throwing her arms in the air acting all confused about thesituation like she was unaware I had even placed the order? I've got a confirmation email so I'm not sure why she was soconfused and upset? Ended up leaving and coming back again and waiting almost 45 minutes in total for my order when all was saidand done. Anyways, I don't plan on coming back during the day again. Skip this place for lunch, I'd recommend only coming herein the evening. Read more
