Worst service I ordered my pizza it is been 2 hour now it has not been delivered spoiled my weekend mood
So I love Panago but in my two years of living nearby, this store is perpetually out of ingredients. Then you order online,... sort out all your food, put in your address and at the very end, it's all like 'we don't have carmalized onions. We don't havecorn' And you have to backtrack, edit the bloody pizza to swap one onion for another and pray to your deity of choice, thatthey _might_ have the next option, re-enter all your info again, hit confirm ... The location in 17th Ave SW in beltline is real amazing and would recommend trying these guys out. They have a great toppings... selections. Horrible experience. Sad as I've always greatly enjoyed and spoken highly of panago. However this evening they couldn't get my... gift card to work even though we phoned the Panago gift card line and verified there was more than enough to cover the balance.Then I went to get cash and when I returned there was no apology, a rude comment and the pizza was ice cold!!!! Lastly, they hadremoved the dipping sauces because I was $0.17 short! ridiculous won't be back. Read more
My experience with most name brand pizza places lately has been meh. Some pizza's taste like the box they arrived in. Panago... Pizza I actually like. Their Italian Sausage actually tastes authentic and that is a plus in my book. Food should be flavourfuland pizza is no different. Panago delivers on taste, freshness and friendly service. Their prices are good and they deliver hotmade pizza and extras fast. Street parking is available though for a quick pick up there is a public parking lot in the back.Why not add a dessert pizza or wings to your order? Get crazy! Read more
