We ordered through skip the dishes. Only thing that showed up was a salad. We didn't get the two pizzas or our chicken bites.... The driver said call the store. Called panago was told they could not help us. Would have to contact skip the dishes. Wecontacted Skip and got a refund. We ordered from a other restaurant. Read more
Ordered a veggie pizza. Came with dairy free mozzarella. That was not in the description on the menu. Gross.
I made a mistake and ordered pizza accidentally from the other side of 17th. They made my pizza and fixed my mistake. I'm... grateful, I wasn't going to drive all that way... The pizza was delicious. I don't tend to leave bad reviews but I was pretty disappointed with the service. We ordered three pizza's over the phone for... pick up, they said 15 minutes. We arrive in approximately that time window. We aren't greeted, the lady at the counter sauntersover eventually after the other staff seem to call her over. She takes our payment and is speak to another staff member inanother language during the interaction. Then walks away doesn't let us know anything about our order. Leaves us standing thererather confused she then continues to speaking to the other staff. Apparently someone tried to take our order and deliver itsomewhere. They got our pizza back but it was a disappointing interaction and a very disappointing display of communication. Thepizza is good the service was awkward at best. Read more
