Giles and Sophia is the funniest and most warm employee that I have ever seen. She does her job well and treats each of her... customers like family. The lovely grey haired woman working at the store tonight made our evening with the care and attention she put into our pizza!... As a gluten free person I find the quality of gf crusts are often varying based on who is making the pizza- she checked manytimes to ensure it was cooked to perfection! After getting off a long 7 hour flight and both being hungry and tired, she made usboth smile and grateful for such yummy food. Thank you! Read more
This in no way is a reflection of Panago Pizza as a whole as I have enjoyed their food and service at other locations. I... understand there can be delays and backups on busy nights but being told 3 different stories as to the food leaving the locationand not receiving our order after being told all 3 times within 5 minutes is unacceptable. No one seemed to want to takeresponsibility over the situation. I'm being told the driver couldn't get anyone at the door when I'm literally less than 10feet away from our front door on my computer waiting for the food to arrive. Received food after 2 hours of waiting and askedthe driver how many times he tried to deliver the food and he said once. They don't seem to use all the tools available as Iordered through my account, they have a tracking system that they don't want to use. Cannot in good conscience recommend thislocation. Read more
Pizza is ok but when you order on delivery apps I can't see an option to have the toppings on top of the cheese. I detest... toppings under cheese. It completely ruins the experience for me. Please add this option and will definitely review again. Foodquality is good. Lots of options. Read more
Got a pizza take-out from this place and it was decent. There was enough quantity of all the toppings and the Shahi sauce gave... it a good Indian taste. It was missing the spice though. Other than that, it was pretty alright. We placed an order online andwent to pick it up in 15-20 mins. Pizza was ready when we got there. Heard some negative reviews about the staff/service herebut had no such negative experience. Read more
Pizza delivery arrived cold. After placing an order at around 6:15, I called the help line an hour and fifteen minutes after the... order was placed. I was on hold for over 15 minutes (customer service tried to contact the store multiple times), after whichthe customer service representative said the store just placed the pizza in the oven. The pizza was delivered at 8:50? to whichthe driver blamed road conditions and being busy. The drive from store to house is under 10 minutes. The pizza arrived COLD, soclearly the pizza was made well before and the driver lied, to cover for their terrible organization. To clarify to anyonereading this review, the pizza was near 3 hours from order to delivery. DO NOT order from this poorly organized sad excuse of apizzeria. Look at other reviews for a reflection of the poor customer service, and take your business elsewhere. For furtherinsult to injury, all that was ordered was a single pizza and an additional side. 2 items. Read more
