Pizza was fresh and good ingredients. However, there wasn?t enough sauce on any of our pizzas so it was very dry and lacking.
Terrible experience I was lied to that the driver left the order at my doorstep... Nobody showed up. When I called them to let... them know, they said they will remake the order and send it along my way.. The order arrived 10 minutes later and the pizza wasdead cold. Again I was lied to as they will remake the order. When I called them again, they made up another story that thedriver is 30 minutes late... Go to another pizza store and you will do yourself a great favor! Read more
Poor quality pizza (really taste dry). We ordered a steak melt large size pizza for pick up. After 15 min passed, I arrived in... and had to wait another 10 min because only one employee was doing everything (making the pizza, cashier, and collectingorders). I have to recognize that the employee was really respectful and friendly. However, I suggest more employees in thatlocation to focus more on quality rather than quantity. Read more
Customer service and communication non-existent. There was zero mention of them not being able to take cash. Not while calling,... or on their website. When I called, I stated that I would be paying by cash. The person on the phone did not state anythingabout them not having change. Upon arriving, and the girl saying that they have no change, I was surprised. Another customer hadto offer to help me get enough exact change since they had "none". While I was mustering though my purse to get enough change,the girl at the cashier was completely insensitive, ignoring me, no apologies or anything. Do not recommend this location. Read more
Will definitely be returning. They provided super fast service (two mediums were ready in less than 15 minutes) and incredibly... delicious pizza. Plus, for the "create your own pizza", apparently you can have up to 15 toppings!! I was very impressed. Read more
Always quality food and super fast delivery. Very friendly service. My go-to pizza place. I love the online ordering and... pre-payment online option. I love all the delivery people because they are so nice and friendly. Always smiling. They text youas the delivery driver is leaving the store so you have an idea of when they will be at your door. Ordered a large pepperoni and was charged 15.25. Arrived at the store to find that pizza on special for 10 bucks. Location would... not honour the posted advertised price, because I had ordered online. Called to complain and was told they were unable to creditme the difference. Unable? Yeah right, more like simply unwilling. I'm always surprised when a company has an opportunity toprovide good customer service and decides over the matter of a few pennies to do the exact opposite. Amazing! I?m so glad you have dairy free options (this was the only reason I didn?t order). Ordered a pizza with daisy cheese... and I was super impressed! It tasted really fresh, cooked perfectly, and a really good amount of cheese. A lot of times placeschince out on the daiya, but not this Panago. Really friendly delivery driver, too!
