First time, ordered 2 shawarmas and a chicken on the rocks [rice] everything tasted really good, fresh and tasty. I especially... like the hot sauce. As well as the prices being 5 dollars because it is shawarma day, the slight bad thing was there was 2bones in my wrap, which could be very bad . But all in all was really good. I have visited this location twice in one month (July 20, June 30) both times service and food quality were diminished. On July... 20, they had 2 new hires, both did not know what they were doing, did not ask the right question, just took the order-nevergreeted, never said thank you. Rice was not cooked well, provided small portion, chicken was quite salty, scooping from thebottom of the hot pan. I remember I used to go to his location before when it was under different owner Ibraz Naveed, servicewas great, food was excellent. (has ownership changed?) First time eating at Osmow?s and tried the chicken poutine. I was surprised with how flavourful the poutine came to be and it... has probably been the best poutine I?ve had so far. I have been eating at Osmows all across Canada. This location did not provide the usual amount of chicken and rice that other... locations have done so for years. They could have easily filled up the containers and provided value for how much we pay for ameal. Read more
