I love Opa fries because they're very crispy and nicely seasoned, but at this location they are under-cooked and soggy, I think... they are rushing to fill orders instead of taking time to let the fries cook completely. I don't mind waiting a few minutes forgood food, especially when its just a matter of preparing it properly. :| The chicken wrap was just ok, very dry meat and a muchsmall size than other locations, a bit scant on the amount Tzatziki as well, so very dry all together. Extremely rude and disorganized, but the food is ok. The woman working the till was taking about 5 minutes per customer, the... person making the wraps was unbelievably rude to all of the customers. I asked her if this order was the one with 2 wraps toclarify, and she barked at me "I know what this is!!!!" Not really an answer. . . I had ordered an extra tzatziki, which sheput away. I said I had ordered the extra one, and she scoffed and walked away. I had to get one of the people at the grill toget it for me. Read more
Went over our lunch hour and waited over a half hour to get our meals. This is a fast food restaurant in a food court, might I... add. Once we finally got called to dress our wraps, they still had not put the fries my husband ordered in the fryer so we hadto wait another 5+ minutes for that. The caesar salad I had with my wrap had no taste and they were quite stingy on the toppingsin the wraps. When you are paying $9+ per meal (not including a drink) at a food court, you expect a little more. I have beento many other Opa locations and they are never this slow, even when busier that this. You would think you'd try to get as manypeople through over lunch hour because it's pretty dead downtown otherwise. Very very disappointed. Will not return. Read more
