Just had the best customer service I?ve had in a long time! Ordered a hot dog and large fries. Fries were ready right away but... the hot dogs weren?t ready so I had to wait. Each staff member apologized like 20x for the wait. It did take a little bit oftime but I really didn?t mind. They ended up giving me a fresh order of fries so they were hot and fresh and they refunded me mytotal order because of the wait. I told them they really didn?t have to do that but they insisted. My favourite poutine. Never had a bad one.

I normally come here all the time, but today was just by far the worst service I?ve ever experienced. I ordered three different... kinds of poutine. Two the works and one with no onions and the other with no cheese. A bacon double cheese with extra onions andbacon. Of course I paid extra for the extra bacon and the extra onions but somehow they proceeded to mess up on all threeorders. We ended up having to go back up to the counter to have our order fix three times while we noticed it when we came backto sit down. One of the ladies who is responsible for preparing our order seemed to be new because we?ve never seen her and whenwe spoke to her about the situation she was completely rude about it and asked how they wanted us to fix the problem in a rudetone. I don?t recommend voicing the mistake they made on your order unless you want backlash and unprovoked aggression. Read more

A solid New York Fries location! For a fast food restaurant, it?s about what you?d expect. The service depends on the staff at... that time, but from my experience it?s fast and friendly. The food is good here, and the poutines are well made with goodamounts of cheese curds and gravy. The premium hot dogs are also great; thick and soft paired with a nice soft bun. Overall it?sa good spot for lunch when you?re shopping around Chinook Mall. Read more

Pulled pork poutine came across almost like they used a tomato sauce. It's sweet but the porky flavour is missing. The cheese... was nice and melted but the pork itself should be the star. Wish there was more pork too. Veggie Works fries are always amazingthough. Read more

Intelligent packaging by NY Fries. Execution on my poutine was perfect, specifically the gravy temperature to melt the... cheese. Service was fast and concise; team members made me feel welcomed, however were not quite as sociable as at otherlocations. I would order from here again. Read more
