This is my 4th time going to New York fries and I?ve never been disappointed. It?s the best place to go.

The veggie fries I ordered was great. Staff was also friendly.

Our first time ordering from New York Fries and will probably be our last. We ordered the classic poutine x 2. Which was $26 and... ended up with basically fries and gravy. Because there was barely any cheese curds. The curds are what makes a poutine, so verydisappointed. Read more

I always like their poutine and I believe its one of the best one in Canada. But on this location Marlboro Mall is not par on... what I used to get in other locations. I complained about the gravy is a little bit less compared to their other stores and shecharged me for an extra gravy. I can't believe for a dollar fifty vs good customer service is worth money. This was our favourite spot to eats pre covid. But now it?s not worth the money. We got the combo for 2. Asked for onions... pickles mustard ketchup and relish for the hot dogs and seasoning for the fries. We also wanted dips for our fries but they hadnone. We also didn?t get any ketchup for our fries. Great veggie works fries. Good amount of extra toppings can be added like onions, cajun seasoning, bbq seasoning, ketchup or... even green onions. Like the name says, go here for fries. Expensive for fries without a doubt but the customization is whatmakes it special. They keep the potato skins on the fries so that adds texture. Avoid everything else because it's not worth theprice.
