A regular costumer at this location to be fair. Unfortunately last night around 7:45 when we bought 2 boxes for to go all of... them were burnt and looks like leftover for the day since they're all small. If they're out they should say so instead ofselling those leftover looking fries. Read more

I?ve been to so many different NYFs, even down in Lethbridge and not a single one beats this one. The staff are incredible and... I?ve never had a bad experience here. Came here while I was doing some shopping at south center mall - it?s right near the bathrooms in the food court (the food court... is quite nice btw with big windows and lots of good seating options) and I just wanted to write that I had a coupon from afundraising charity that I had supported in the summer time I knew it wasn?t expired but I always worry a little bit to gosomewhere and be like ?Um you have to give me this for FREE? ???? but it was all legit and the cashier was super friendly shedid not give me any trouble ! I bought the Cheese which is DELICIOUS separarte for a $1.58 - the free fries were massive andthis shows support for war veterans through New York fries ????so it made me happy to know they are doing those kinds of things- the girl who served me appears to be named ?Mary Rose? as it says on the receipt and the other girl there who was helping getthe food was super friendly and quick too - I don?t eat this too often but the times I do I enjoy it so much !!
