they don?t even deserve one star. how are you gonna charge me $10 for a poutine hotdog and put little to no cheese curds at all.... i even politely asked one of the staff if i could have some more and she picked up the tiniest amount and put it on. like put alittle pep in your step lady. this was a horrible experience for me considering i love poutine hotdogs. horrible customerservice as well. Staff was friendly. I have not eaten at New York Fries since my High School years in the 90's. Well what a disappointment! First... off for a hot dog, medium fries and drink it was over $18. The dog was bland, cheese sauce was just watery with no flavor, andthe chili had no beef, just some beans and sauce, it was awful. The fries were mushy and tasted stale, hard to describe it butjust not a good taste at all. I ate about a third of both and then just threw it out. They just poured this slop on top of thefries, chili sauce, watery cheese sauce and some sour cream. Will not be giving them another dime. As mentioned at thebeginning, it is not the staffs fault. Some pretty top notch customer service at this location. The individual taking my order had a very welcoming energy to them and... were accommodating towards my pickiness. Cook staff were bumping to the music and happily gave me my food which made for apleasant experience. Read more
