One of my favourite Indian restaurants in Calgary! Food is delicious! Service is lovely! Washrooms are clean! Music, seating,... decor, vibe is so beautiful! We went on a Thursday night just before they closed, so we had the whole place to ourselves. We gotchole bhature, chicken tikka masala, naans, rotis, and ras malai! Everything was 10/10! We visited Namskar on June 20, 2022. We were on our way to Banff from Toronto and our friend had strongly suggested we visit... Namskar in Calgary since we had a day planned in Calgary. The ambience of the restaurant is great! Gives positive vibes. Theowner and other staff of the restaurant were so welcoming and warm, it felt like we were visiting a restaurant in India. Our family has ordered from Namskar for ages, and given these difficult times for restaurants felt it was time to post a review.... We typically order for delivery, and know to order ahead of time on busy nights. We?ve yet to try a bad dish, but ourfamily-friendly favorites are the butter chicken, Chana masala, naan bread, and Kachumber salad. For the grownups the vindaloohas the perfect amount of heat. The worst tandoori chicken I have ever tasted. Also ordered Karahi Paneer. Paneer looks like made from spoiled milk. Haven?t... tasted yet Karahi chicken and naans.
