I came here with my mom that's on wheelchair. It was our first time here and we love it. We came here for a Sunday lunch and the... place was about 20% full. So it was very spacious for me to find a table that I could settle my mom. The Satay noodle soup wasso good. It wasn't the spicy satay but the peanuty satay soup based. I really enjoyed it. My mom had their Beef and Meatballsoup and she also said we should come back again. Lastly, the restaurant here is so cute. Bonus star if there's one: The staffalso helped me out by getting the door so that I could push the wheelchair out easier. That was a very nice touch for us and Ireally appreciate it. Read more

From an employee perspective: I?ve been silent for too long but it didn?t bother me before. Now I find it super inappropriate.... As a boss/manager, it is your responsibility & initiative to give cheques on time and not WEEKS late. I?m sure I?m not the onlyone who feels upset. I just have the courage to say it. Do not let your employees beg or wait for you to give their salary nomatter how small or big the amount is. It is not a reason for you to say that they have other sources of income or whateverreasons you could think of. Lastly, the business is surely recovering from covid, give the tips back to the hardworkingemployees. If you want your employees to treat you right and be motivated on their job, do the same thing. Align your valueswith them first to have a successful business. Goodluck! P.S. No wonder why there?s high job turnover. Newly hires quit in ashort amount of time. Read more

I ordered a Vietnamese sub with lemon grass chicken. Here is what I get. A baguette skimmed the top ( the crunchy crust is... gone). I can smell the baguette is burnt. So the cook probably think he can get away with it by cutting the top off. Itliterally looks like someone has took bites off my sandwich. The cashier must be new hire so I don't blame her that much forgetting order mixed up and took longer to give me change. At least her co worker was trying to sort things out. But giving yourcustomers imperfect product is not okay!!! Edited : I think they must have given me the wrong order afterall. As I said I gotlemongrass chicken, but it tasted more like satay. It was overwhelmingly sweet, soy sauce based. Did not taste any lemongrassflavor at all. Read more

Hands down the worst banh mi experience I've had so far. The staff clearly forgot my order so I ended up waiting 25 minutes.... Once I opened it up, I found out they couldn't be bothered to completely cut it in half, and the food portions were quite small.The bun was also heavily toasted on one side. Also $3 for a can of pop? Food and service isn?t that bad compared to the price they are charging you. Broth of the pho was very surprising. If you like... to challenge yourself, I would recommend this place. Read more

My coworker has been coming to Nam since she?s worked close by, and she brought me along this time! Very happy staff, and they... brought our food to the table we were at in good time! We had the lemongrass vermicelli bowls, and it was delicious!!! Greatsauce on the meat, good portion size, fresh crisp veggies, and the spring roll was tasty! Hoisin and fish sauce on the table toadd as you like. This is a great business that I am happy to support and will be back for more vermicelli and to try other menuitems! Read more

The food was good and their portion sizes are filling. Went with a couple of friends - got the beef satay phó, chicken satay... phó, and the beef ball phó. Everyone enjoyed what they got. The place has big windows and was filled with sunlight, nice placeto meet with friends and talk over food. Read more
