Where do I begin, for starters of the Two employees that were there had absolutely zero drive and we?re as apathetic and... depressed as one person can possibly be, zero Effort put into the food. Aside from that the woman I was placing my order withdid not understand any English whatsoever so my order was actually taken by the employee who was seated in the booth near thecounter who couldn?t even Be bothered to get off of her phone to go and assist her clearly struggling coworker who I can onlyassume is new based off of the quality of food I got. She may as well have thrown the ingredients On the tray and mix them upbecause she couldn?t roll a taco to save her life. I wish I could give a lower rating but one star is unfortunately the lowestit can go. Another note I?m from Winnipeg and I don?t have a whole lot of Authentic Mexican restaurants or taco joints Tocompare to the quite honestly The service and food that I received at this place makes Taco Bell look like a five-starrestaurant. Service was ok. They expect you to know and understand the menu well. You can no longer get taco bowls there from what I can... tell and there was no substitutes offered for a good sensitivity. Chicken was fine but the veggie selection were limited. Iasked of there was anything other than green peppers for what I ordered and the worker said no that's the only thing it comeswith. I had a very good experience at this Mucho Burrito location yesterday at around 6 PM. The two young ladies working there were so... kind and professional, and served me with a big smile through their eyes (they also followed COVID protocols). Even though itwas near closing time, they served me quickly and generously. I will definitely be coming back. The 5 stars are well deserved. Read more
