Shotty service. Slow, staff that clearly dont give any F's. Washrooms are a mess. Food is about as good as you'd expect, not... bad, not overwhelmingly good. This location at Heritage Meadows is a real disappointment. The staff have zero interest in being there or serving you. It was... very clear that ordering food is an inconvenience for them. Today the restaurant was empty. Zero friendliness exhibited by thestaff, to the point that a group of four that came in after us appeared to be puzzled by the lack of customer service. Therewere no napkins at all- except for a large roll of commercial grade paper to rip off. Do yourself a favour and go to adifferent Mucho franchise or somewhere else. I know I will. Read more

I've been going here for years and overall always had a great experience until yesterday. The woman who was working their was... basically berating us for asking for onions and sauce on the nachos and even told us that getting additional toppings was extra.I then offered to pay however I guess she changed her mind and didn't charge me but instead my girlfriend noticed her scowlingand shaking her head as we ate. Bathroom here is almost always broken in some way, unclean, paper towels unavailable or soaking wet. The quality, cleanliness,... and hospitality of this Mucho compared to others in the city is always a mixed bag. We will sometimes stop here when going toIKEA or Costco, but unsure if we'll keep doing so. Read more

Everything on the menu is worth tasting, I swear ???? We had the tacos too and we love all of them. Food here tasted very... authentic!! Their regular burrito was so huge, we couldn?t finish it, we ate it for breakfast the next day. ???? Read more

Been here before but never got the tacos. They were pretty sad for the price, not worth it stick with the burritos at this... place. The staff who made them gave no love just poured sauce everywhere. They do understand that people eat these with theirhands i hope. Read more
