Have only 1 staff working. Bad management. When a courier arrives to pick up an order, the person who ordered the food is YOUR... customer too. Don't forget that. You make drivers wait for extended periods of time then you're making your customers wait too.Hire more staff. Read more

So as a regular customer of this place I always tip. I just found out that the amazing staff that works here does not get to... keep the tips. That is really unfair to them and customers. When I tip i do it to show appreciation to the people that areserving me. Not the owners of the place who already make money from me coming here, but the girls who actually make my food andremember my order and treat me in the best possible way a server could. Read more

Went in at 8:45 tonight and it took 20 minutes before the staff could even get the order made. The food was ice cold and the... staff refused to do anything about this issue, claiming that I was lying even when I showed them the food and it was clearly notcooked properly. I would not recommend this location, go to the one near Sunridge or in Crowfoot and you can get some betterservice. Read more

I am very disappointed that there is no Carne Asada anymore at any of the Mucho Burrito locations! Really???? No Steak option... here in the steak capital??? That is crazy! I am sorry but brisket is not the same thing. I enjoy the staff at this locationthough. They are always friendly and quick.
