These treats are tasty, however, we didn't get served. We walked away after waiting some time because the person working at Jugo... Juice (their shop neighbour) was more important to serve. There's also only one person who apparently works the till, becausethe employee who was making 30 pretzels while there was 2 people in line couldn't take an order. Yikes! The nasty replies on reviews from the owner are extremely unprofessional. I've also had over cooked pretzels on the... outside that weren't quite cooked on the inside. It DOES happen and you should be responding in a professional manner. Beingrude doesn't help the situation and makes people want to avoid business who are run by mean owners. Read more
All I want are cheese sticks. They're back on the menu but the ladies who work here refuse to make them. I've gotten them once... from a nice boy there, but the women refuse! If it's on your menu, you should have them! Read more

How many times now have I stopped by to pick up a pretzel dog only to get a blank stare from the cashier and ?we don?t have... any?. What does that even mean?? You?re a pretzel kiosk, with a limited menu. Why are there NEVER any pretzel dogs??? Was toldit would be 30 minutes in a very disinterested tone. It?s dinner time!!! Get on it!!! Whatever.
