This place deserves a solid 5 stars. The staff here work so very hard, to keep this place in business. There's many reasons why... I call Mikey's, home. The front house staff are awesome people, that you want to be friends with. The kitchen staff, pump outdelicious dishes. Especially number one tacos in Calgary. There's live music everyday. Hardly any body here. Don't know why the drinks we had were great! Waitress is all seeing, you don't have to wait for... anything. And the "Patsy Kline" like singer singing great old tunes. Great prices. GREAT EXPERIENCE! dump the trendy on 17thbars and head on over for a good time. Read more
Online ordering app was messing up and a staff and manager went out of their way to help us get our order during dinner rush.... They were super kind and wonderful! And on top of it those might be the best tacos I've ever had in Calgary! Mikey's is thebest! Read more

If you're looking for... the best authentic Mexican tacos in the downtown area, then look no further than this place. Sure, it looks like a typicalsports bar, but it serves the best tacos, especially on Taco Tuesday. 3 tacos for $11? Can't beat that for flavor and value! Theservers are fantastic all around and friendly!
