Best Shisha place in the city cozy place and good service

Terrible lady owner. We ordered food, and as soon as it got served we noticed hair beside the ketchup and a bug flying on the... ketchup. We right away called the waiter to come and get it, then I asked him if we can order skip since I came to eat but ourshisha has already been served. The owner came very angry and disrespectful, didn?t give us a chance to speak and called me andmy friend liars for saying that there was hair there. She threatened to call the police if we didn?t pay for it, but we nevereven touched it! I refused, then we were paying for the shisha to leave, I asked her why did she call me a liar rather thanchecking the food, she replied saying ?the hair was very thin you cant even see it, do not come here again?. Amazing aura in this place. The employees very helpful, shisha very good and everything about it is welcoming. It's open late... too! The mint tea was perfect. It was hot and just a bit sweet and you can taste the strength of the tea. You'll like thisplace, give it a try! Review not based on food. We only went for shiesha and tea. The shiesha flavour was decent. The atmosphere and ambience was... really nice and it was a cool place to chill for a while. They even offered decks of cards for us to use. Would definitely comeback again. Read more
